I had the pleasure of working with Pauline in my capacity as the Director of London 2012 for Lloyds Banking Group.

Pauline played an integral part in the development and delivery of our on-site training programme, for all front-line hospitality management and staff, within the Temporary Structures at the Rugby World Cup 2015.

Working remotely, Pauline was able to fully understand the brief and encapsulate the required content within the time constraints given, to ensure the on-venue staff had the knowledge to deliver the exceptionally high standards required.
